Clyde Gateway Sustainable Transport Project -
"get HERE"

The Clyde Gateway Sustainable Transport Project (CGSTP) is called "get HERE" and is a multi-modal partnership project supported by Clyde Gateway URC, Glasgow City Council, South Lanarkshire Council, Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) with financial assistance from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The aim of the project is to raise awareness of the benefits of sustainable transport, increase public awareness of travel options and help provide better access to emerging employment opportunities in and around the area.

The get HERE project will involve introducing a range of measures including upgrading existing bus stops and shelters, transport information and cycle facilities and introducing bus priority measures in and around the Clyde Gateway area.

These transport infrastructure improvements are already underway and further bus stop and shelter upgrades are due to be completed by early 2015.

This website will provide a one-stop source of information and advice on sustainable travel and we hope it will raise awareness of the health and financial benefits that using more sustainable transport options may bring you, your family or your business.
